Once the layout was finalized for Sandy's quilt, I got all the shirts and interfacing cut. The interfacing irons onto the shirts and is very lightweight - it just helps keep the shirts from stretching or puckering while stretching. I cut the interfacing the same size as each shirt and then iron it onto the back of each shirt. Next up: Piecing the Quilt Top!
