Hard to believe I haven't blogged in about a month! I'm sure everyone knows by now but about three weeks ago I left my job at Piper Aircraft to embark on a new adventure at Northrop Grumman! I worked at Piper for 6 years - ever since I graduated college. I loved all the people I worked with and I had some really great experiences while I was there. I found this old pic from when I first started working on the Jet - back in the good 'ole days :)
Now I'm at a new job trying to absorb all the new information, processes & procedures, software programs, etc. I think I'm on a really good project and that NG has lots of big and exciting projects lined up so I'm glad to be a part of the team!
It's been quite a busy time trying to hang out with friends from Piper since I don't see them every day anymore, and trying to hang out and meet more of my new coworkers. I don't have any pics with NG friends yet to share but I did go out tonight for a meet and greet with my friend Diana and some other coworkers.
Consequently, with all the hanging out with old friends and making new ones (and travelling and workouts and etc) I am pretty much behind on life, LOL. "how can you be behind on life?" LOL...well I've been behind on cleaning and laundry and BLOGGING and quilting and workouts and planning outings with nonpwork friends...and pretty much everything, LOL.
