If I Won The Lottery

2/21/2012

For anyone who didn’t already know, a couple of weeks ago someone one $375 million dollars on the powerball (the most ever won I think).  Ever since then, I keep thinking about what it would be like to win that kind of money.  I have about a million different ideas about what exactly I would do with the money (how much to invest, how much to give away, how much to spend, etc) but I could never decide on what plan I liked best.  So instead, I decided to think about what my ideal day/week would be like if I had that kind of money (obviously I would quit my job).  Since I don’t have kids yet, this schedule represents what would happen if I won right now (I know it would change drastically if I had kids but I don’t so I can do whatever I want for now…).
Typical Weekday
  6am - 7am Workout with my personal trainer/coach (probably a triathlon coach)
7am – 8am Eat breakfast (made by a chef, under my nutritionists guidance) and then get ready (where my personal spa/beauty technician can help me with hair and makeup if needed – she also helps me shop so I have a wonderful wardrobe of clothes waiting for me)
8am – 11am Morning Outings (shopping, pedicures, manicures, etc) and anything I want to do around the house (not sure what I would do around the house since my housekeeper is doing the cleaning and laundry)
11am – 12pm Violin Lesson (I already play but I could use a good teacher so I could become amazing)
12pm – 1pm Lunch (either out with a girlfriend or at home made for me) and free time
  1pm – 5pm Sewing and crafting time
5pm – 6pm Evening workout with my personal trainer
6pm – 7pm Dinner (prepared by my chef of course)
8pm – 11pm Free time for watching movies in our theater room, playing on the computer, more sewing, or whatever else I want to do

Typical Weekend
Hmmm…I guess all our friends would come on our private jet and we’d fly to the Bahamas or other nearby weekend destinations and just hang out.  And we would take out our boat all the time for watersports and fishing.  The possibilities are endless here…
