D'Arcey's Quilt - Planning & Cutting

I've got another adorable baby clothes quilt coming!  This one is for a lady named D'Arcey and her son.  Here's the rough layout:

As soon as the rough layout was approved, I got right to work cutting and interfacing.  I also appliqued all the blocks that needed it.  I can't decide which block is my favorite, probably either the tigger one with the floppy ears or the little booties.
