A Little at a time

Sometimes that's all you can do...a little at a time.  Tonight i did a little laundry, a little cleaning and a little sewing.  And now i'm doing a little watching tv (that hopefully won't turn into a lot of watching tv).  I finished the interior pockets for the lining:
Picture
On the top left is the divider that will go in the center of the bag.  On the bottom left is one side of the liner that has straight pockets (see the two spots for pens, thermometers, etc).  On the bottom right is the other side of the lining which has elastic pockets.  On the top right, you can see the two lining sides that also have elastic pockets and one lining side that has no pocket (and i'm missing the other lining side until I get some more fabric).

On a completely random tangent...Ryan and I just finished watching the last episode of the last season of Star Trek voyager.  Has anyone else seen it?  I can't decide who my favorite character is...maybe Seven of Nine but i also like Captain Janeway and Tuvoc.  Here's my notes on the end of the show (spoiler alert!!!):
  1. I'm glad that Chakotay found love but i really expected him to end up with Janeway not seven of nine
  2. I'm glad they made it back to Earth but I would have liked a follow up episode about their lives afterwards
  3. We should have gotten to see B'Elanna and Tom's baby get born...they spent so many episodes on the pregnancy but then we didn't get to see the baby
  4. Everything else was awesome, love that show!!

Now we've started watching Season One of Heroes.  I'll let you know how it goes and feel free to make suggestions for our next show to watch (we watch them on Netflix so suggest one that has lots or all of the seasons streaming on Netflix)

don't waste your time on heros! They basically cut the show off in a few seasons and have no resolve due to it's cancellation. Actually, I think it was canceled half way through a regular season, so it REALLY leaves you hanging. I was so pissed off to have invested 3 or 4 years in to a show and to have them do that. Totally sucked :(

PS-- You should check out homeland. Matt and I just got caught up and watched the whole first season. It's pretty good! If not, then some of my other faves from the past few years is The Wire, The Sopranos, and Deadwood was pretty good. If you want something funny check out Trailer Park Boys or Whitest Kids You Know.

Darn! I was enjoying the first few episodes. Oh well, we'll probably keep watching anyways but now at least i'm prepared for it to end prematurely :)
